What Client Service Representatives do:

  • Provide clients with professional customer service and care.

  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Conduct inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Ensure that all necessary procedures are completed with integrity and compliance


  • Previous customer service experience is a must
  • Keen listening; ability to absorb and interpret information
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft software product package (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Pronounced sense of professionalism and client stewardship
